just looking at subs on woofersetc.com and 2 comp 15s are 180plus shipping and 1 15inch L5 is 230 with free shipping.Ive got 400 watts rms to push with.Im gonna build a slot port box for either 2 c15 or 1 L5 15.Just wanted some opinions from people w/alittle more experience than me.Ive got a 10in L5 now w/the same 400 wts on it and it sounds pretty good.The spl on it is85.5 in the specs.the spl on the c15 is 90.2.that in theory would make the comps louder with the same watts right?the rating on the 15 L5 is 88.9 I think.anyways on a budget the comps seem like a good choice to me.I wont tune them too low,probly 38hz or so.any input would be a big help.thanks
