I told him to get in my car, I keyed up Mixin Marc - S3xual Thing (DJ Bizerk Remix) on my I-pod, that first bass hit is unreal. The dude just about sh!t himself, love the expression on peoples's faces when That happens, lol. He quickly admitted that my car was a lot louder than Eric's Taho and wanted to see the subs I had. I told him, you mean sub... He goes what do you mean, I told him I only have one sub! He quickly calls me a NIGGA and tells me to STFU and show him so I did. He then screamed WTF is that? I told hime, Ohhh that's just my TCAB box, lol.. By the way, I have heard a lot of SE's and they're SQ orientated, not very great on SPL. A 15" SX will outperform a couple of SE 12's pretty easy, especially on even playing fields. I can't wait to get my SSX because the first thing I am gonna do is put it in my TCAB box and see If I can blow the box apart, lol. POlo.. |

This is a really nice amp so I bought two. When my Treo SSX 15 gets here I will buy another two to push it. I have the remote control for the amps also, never have to go into the trunk to adjust, it's great. I got a deal on my TCAB box because t was used and already made, catually the one that was used on hit videos so I know the capabilities of it. You will have to contact Mark Potts at TCAB for a quote. www.thecaraudiobox.com The KX 1200.1 is a good amp also an is 1ohm stable so be sure you get a dual 1ohm RE sx. I bought two of these subs thinking I was gonna get them both in my car when under testing we found that the 3.5 cf recommended size wasn't enough so it was finalized at 4.47cf. With the external tubes there was no way to get two boxes in there so I have an sx1250.1 and a sx15 sitting. The amp will be used on my Treo but the sub has to go. If I don't sell it here someone locally will take it but I would rather have someone who could really use it get dibs on it. Polo.. PS- I will weigh it, i think like 20lbs. |

(in my setup) 1.25 cubes net for the SEs and 4 cubes at 28hz for the SX. SEs sound a lot better, lack a little on the lowend. Muddy, the hAvoc destroys both setups in SQ and SPL. 2 12" SEs ported would probably be pretty loud |
