hey man just letting you know that its not good for the amp to mount it on top of the sub box cause it can rattle and mess up the insides of the amp

only if it is a cheap amp, or you have it flush mounted on a Treo SSX or something. mine is mounted on top of my single 10 sub box. but it is mounted on two pieces of MDF about 3/4" thick.:-)
