why does my amp keep going to over current i got 2 mtx 5000's svc with 4 ohm vc and i got a sony xpload amd model # xm-475gsx someone please help i think i got them wired in a 2 ohm load will that amp go that low or do i need 4 ohm load at the amp

not sure if that particular amp is 2 ohm stable, but it should be. do you have the gains set too high??

wots the diff between 2ohm and 4 ohm, ive read it in loads of places and still dont understand!
