I have about $1000 to blow on a sub/amp combo... was planning on going with 1 15" XXX or something from the new Adire lineup... i can't remember what their new subs are though, thats why theres a ? in title. Any suggestions/opinions?
I can go over $1000, but would prefer not to.

I would go with a Crystal Comp, SS rl-p or RL-s, or perhaps the XXX, but I have no experience with it yet. Adire has fallen, imo. Read the Adire thread above (or below, now).
hm... good question marshall.. im looking at single cab silverados right now... that could pose a problem... rl-p's are mainly spl arent they? never heard of the crystal comps...
just called a crystal dealer... $339+shipping USD for crystal comp 15 wow... seems like quite the deal to me... any amp suggestions for this beast? 800 rms... thinking of going with an orion 1200d or something.. or should i go with an amp for each coil?
