Ok so my 15' kicker use to move outward when it hit but now it moves in? I recently hooked my amp up to my friends sub now when I plug it back into my sub it goes backwards. I tried switching the positive and negative wires too and still the same effect. Whats going on?? oh there is also no phase switch on my amp

Try using a battery, if it is connected to a battery (+ and - properly) and doesn't move outward, then it is probably your amp. That is weird

Check all of your wireing on the back of your subs and check the internal wires of your sub.Make shure everything is tight and in good shape
How is your sub hooked up ?

When subwoofers "hit", they go in and out. Speakers run from AC power, so when the sub is playing, it goes out to a max positive excursion, then goes the equal distance negatively.
Also, swapping the + and - wires changes phase 180 degrees.
