hey Guys, does anyone know which units I can plug into my IVAD 300? I know alpline makes their NVE-852A and 851A but cant find anything cheap (not likely). Are there any other models I can use? For example the NVE-N077 or something?

yeah ive got this same unit and i paid $850 for my unit and nav systems are like $1700 for Alpine....let me know if anyone knows of anything good and cheap
I called Alpine and found out that the compatable units for this is the NVE-N851A or 852A. The 7 series is way too old and wont work. The parts for it arent even available anymore.
i just purchased the NVE-N852A and I wanna backup the DVD but not sure what media to use. The Image is 6GB in size so im assuming Im gonna need a DUAl layer DVD. Is it a DVD+R or DVD-R?
