How do you get the Cuft of a box?

I was wanting to know how to get it, ya see I cant remember. I was reading a while back and read about it but just cant remember cause now im makin my own box and need to be precise. Thank you for the help. and if anyone knows a good site to teach me how to build ported slot boxes and the ratios to deal with that and what not.

multiply your H" W" D" and divide it by 1728.

only devide by 1728 if your using inches of course... 20" x 20" x 20" = 8000" / 1728 = 4.63 cu ft
1728 = 12" x 12" x 12" thats to convert to cu feet since theres 12" in a foot
