Chancey, i got mine from woofersetc.com and its a hell of an amp. I sold mine a few months ago. I used it for 6 months and ran 2 12w6v2's and a Avalanche 15. It has a ton of power and is very efficiant. Birthsheet stated 1332 watts rms @ 14.4 volts. I know i was getting 900 watts @ 4 ohm @ 12.5 volts guaranteed. I whould recommend it to you if you plan on putting an SQL or SPL setup. Great amps for the money. Never got hot either.

Rovin, thats a really nice amp. If its in great condition, I whould pay upto $300 for it.
