N00b Question - Sub Wiring

Ok I'm still new to the business and new to here obviously. I'm hoping to learn a lot and I wouldn't mind having a specific teacher or two to personally answer any questions so I don't have to bug everyone on all these stupid questions. That being said I'm asking everyone..hehe. Here goes.

Can anyone tell me the difference between wiring subs in parallel and other versions? And whats the advantages and disadvantages to both? It seems I wired mine bridged and they shouldn't be..blowing amps that can't push them.

only difference is the Load presented to the amp in the end. that of course will affect the output of the amp. lower will increase the output, higher will decrease. but if you go too low, amp/sub will be damaged or do nothing.

hehehe...yeah it probably is. Only one's real stupid and one's real smart. I'll let you be the judge on that one. ;)
