Saturday, April 08, 2006 - 01:23 GMT inner diameter? 3" for subs 10" or smaller 4" for 12" subs 6" for 15" or larger subs that's if you use one port per sub, those are minimum port diameters. as diameter increases, so will length.

Saturday, April 08, 2006 - 01:28 GMT so two 4" ID ports. tune them to about 35Hz. calculate for a single 12" and single port, then just build the box like you jammed two of those bxes together to fit both subs.

Saturday, April 08, 2006 - 14:32 GMT not that big a factor. the minimum port size is just to reduce port noise, and ported enclosures limit excursion anyway so it's not like you're going to get enormous xmax from a vented box anyway.
