I am a noob in this area and in need of great help. I have just purchase a premade box for my 15inch pioneer which is about 3 cubic feet- i want to improve on this setup, as it is off specifications. WOuld it be worth my while to port it and dampen it (If so what's the best material), to reduce the size of box closer to specs ~ 2.0 cubic feet HELP! THANKYOU
also what are different about subwoofers designed for sealed enclosures and their advantages over ported designs. What would happen if you used ported? would you still get more boom
