I want to build a new box for my R's so that I can port them. The plans I have drawn up now give it 31" of port space in a slot port with about 1.65 Cu Ft Gross airspace before displacement of the sub.

Will this work? Or is it too much port for it?

you may wanna give each 12" 1.6-2cuft (net)

in a 1.6-2cuft box, 20-25sq inches of port should be enough.
