if your box is sealed, sometimes the box will crack under the pressure and rattle.

a friend of mine had that happen to his box and the rattling gave headaches.

look to see if its the box

im not sure but its a suggestion!

how can i reduce trunk rattle and not have to use dynamat. it looks like that aluminum tape that electral workers use or whatever it is. could i put that on my trunk lid and would that help. or is their anything else i could do to get rid of the rattling?

if you don't like the look of dynamat look at the ed stuff, it looks alot better. there's actually another thread here with some pics, it's all black and looks really nice.

yep...you can get 'peel & seal' at Lowes.

i have used it and it works just fine...you just have to clean the area you are applying it to and use a heat gun to put it on.

so how does this stuff at lowes, "peel and seal" work? Is it comparable to edead? I just need like 25ft so i think edead is the best bet but i dont have anything to do today and i would like to start.

What works better than Dynamat?? Is eDead actually better or the same? I'm just trying to get something that is the easiest to apply (no heat guns), will stick forever (or a long aS$ time), and I don't want the eD paint stuff.
