yea i have that site rovin and came up with 120 amps for the 1200 watt amp. my stock alternator is 105 amp so im wondering if 200 will be enough.

your stock alternator 105 amp + 120 amps for your amp alone=225 amp so a 250 amp alternator will run it perfectly, 200 is better then your stock but your lights might still dim. and is it 760 peak or rms if its rms theres no way a stock alternator is good enough if its peak then it might be fine. Remember upgrading the alternator isnt everything u need a bigger another battery and a cap! people think there worthless on this forum but they help provide quick instant power the amp needs when it needs it while the alternator cant u just need a big power system that can handle a cap!
