since no one is answering my other thread I will post again...I'm building a box for 3 12" spl jws-12...its the W6 remake. The manual from jl says 2 cubic ft per sub. I did calculations and the box comes out to 37" by 33" by 12" (I have a shallow trunk and of course the trunk supporting arms are inside my trunk limiting my space width wise). This comes out to 6 cubes after port and sub displacement. Unfortuneately my back seats dont fold down and I'm somewhat unsure of my ability to actually slide this into my trunk without problems...I need to know if I can cut the box size down and by how much I can do it without affecting performance too much.
