Gold Member Username: BestmankindLos Angeles, CA USA Post Number: 3387 Registered: Oct-05 | that depends on the sub. i've never heard the treos ported so i will find out. sealed they sound nice but everyone that uses treos suggests that i port them. i had alpine Rs and Xs in sealed and ported and they both sounded better in sealed than ported. when i had the re se xxx sub, that sounded much better in a ported box than sealed. my point is some subs to me sounds better in sealed while other subs sounds better in ported. |

Silver Member Username: LewassBoomfield Hills, MI USA Post Number: 507 Registered: Jan-06 | JL w0's sound great with minimal watts and for the $$, get a pair of 12w0's used from a seller with a 100% positive (or 99.something) on ebay, then get a generic ~280 watt amp, and you will be pounding and sounding good, without totally drowning out your stock speakers, and staying pretty close to your budget. |

I'll try to get pics but he sold it so I dunno. RE's do NOT suck! |
