you can't. it's a car amp, not a home amp. It's meant for use in a 12VDC system, not 120VAC.
buy a home audio amplifier for home theater use. most home speakers are 8 ohms. if you have a Punch45, that'd be 22 watts for each speaker. Not even worth the effort.
