I actually got some box property recommendations from the driver mfr, but i need a little help translating their specs in to actual blueprints. The Mfr also said that port noise is a consideration with the recommended port setup, and that i could use smaller flared ports, but i would have to know how to tune them. That may be too much for a newby. Thoughts? Anyhow, here are the specs: --Box Properties--- Box Type: Vented Shape: Prism\Square Vb= 2.5 cuft V(Total)= 2.755 cuft Fb= 50Hz QL = 7 F3 = 50.96 Fill = minimal --vents-- no. of Vents = 4 Vent shape = round Vent ends = one flush Dv = 3in Lv = 8.438in --Driver--- numver of drivers = 1 (15") Fs = 35hz Qms = 9.57 Vas = 172.5 liters XMax = 6.67mm Sd = 760 sq cm Qes = .32 Re = 6.12 ohms Le = 1 mH Z = 8 Ohms Pe = 600W So, can anyone help me or show me how to derive blue prints from this, or point me in the right direction? thanks! |
