I recently unhooked my subs so that i could finish sealing my box. After sealing the box and installing them i noticed that there is now a high pitched noise and a low pitced noise coming through the subs. The high pitched noise is really noticeable but can removed if you turn on the low pass filter. What could be causing this problem?

Noise enters the system through bad grounds, bad RCA's or just bad equiptment.

try to relocate the location of the grounds.
try to change the RCA's, different brand and different path. whichever is easiest to try first. also don't forget about the HU ground.

check your RCAS like Brandon said...
do that first, then check all your grounds.

If i remove the RCA cables should the noise stop? Or will I only know if i actually change the RCA cables?

The noise should stop if its coming from the RCA cables, because you won't have any imput for the noise to come from.

Ok, so since i have removed the RCA Cables and no noises are present it means to replace them correct? Thanks for the help!
