they would do an investigation,and if they find out that you never received your item,theyll refund you your money out of the persons account.but it takes about a month to fp through the process.Ive been through it and got my money back,but not the shipping money that I payed.
actually, if a complaint is filed through Pay Pal and the seller doesn't respond in like 10 days i think, they will send your money back and yank it from the seller's account. it'll be ruled in your favor.
i've been fightning with the idiots from Pay Pal and the seller for over 2 and a half weeks now trying to get my money back. i'm about ready to can all the accounts pay pal has information to, can the pay pal account and tell the credit card company i'm not paying that charge. its really pissing me off.
