Hey guys. I have a Mustang GT vert. I am going to install Diamond Hex speakers front and back. I have Diamond amps already. I am looking at the Alpine-DVA-9861 or Clarion-DXZ-765mp.
that Alpine doesn't look like a bad unit, but for the same money or prob less you could get a Pioneer model with all the same features. look at the DEH-P860MP, its $360 online shipped. also, Pioneer has new 06 models comming out soon. i'm getting a DEH-P7800MP as soon as tehy arrive.
as for the clarion, i haven't used them that much, hear mixed reviews about them.
if you can, i'd find a shop that may be getting rid of Eclipse and pick up one of their 8454 or 8455 series HU. They are better than the new models and they offer great quality and features.
