Hey you can grab lightning audio at Walmart and though a few of their items are solid car audio equipment on the whole I'd be careful. See if you can pick one up there, you know you can always take it back. But if your on a budget. Look at Hifonics. And eD can be had for a fair price.
No Wal-mart isn't the best when it comes to car audio. But I've seen some decent Pioneer HU's there along with some decent 6x8's. Some of the stuff sold there is also found at your local shop. I'd say 70% is poo but about 30% could work given someones financial situation.
