the amp fourm is down so ill post hear sorry. what amp would u guys reccomend for a infinity REF1040W sub the power handling RMS is 250 Watts and max is 1000 the sensitivity is 91dB and frequency response is 25Hz - 400Hz. i was thinking about a jl 500/1 mono block or somthing by mtx maby even alpine what should i get?
Alpine makes some beautiful amps like the v-12 series. What is the voice coil set up on the sub. If it is single 4ohm then the 250/1 would be the best choice b/c jl mono sub amps produce the same power between 4 ohms and 1 ohm. 250 watts rms or higher no matter what way you slice it.
