did you try unpugging the power from the hu and then plugging it back in to reset it, maybe it will fix itself. have you called the manufacturer?

hmm that sounds logical.. because when you turn your car off there is still power going to the HU...

take it in to shop. they will have the proper tools and probably won't charge anything to get it out. at least they wouldn't in my area.

get rid of it.those jvcs are typical problems youll get it fixed then down the road youll have another problem
