The rest of my set up is stock accept for my Kenwood headunit. I have a 97 mercury sable and it has separate tweeters in the front so and the head unit has a built in crossover so i think it will sound nice. I hope ikesound isnt out. i will find out soon enough i guess...

I think i will. The tweeters are placed so that the fire right in your face so that they get really loud and are still clear. I google searched the alternator and it said 130 Amps. Isnt that kind of high for a stock alternator??

the only replacement alt I've found listed for a '97 sable is 130A. That's a STRONG alternator for a car with low-average stock electrical demand. I'd be surprised if it has any trouble at all with the d1200.1.

I really hope u can hear ur music, My bro had 800 watts, and u could not even hear his stock speakers,

And 130amps is kinda high, I take it that car has a lot of bells and whistles
