Will this work and sound pretty good??

I got a Power Acoustik 980 watt amp 560 watts rms in bridged mode. I figured i could put the sub in bridged even if its only 500 rms cuz ppl say Power Acoustik is over rated. So do you people think it will still sound pretty good?? And wut should i buy the dual 2 or 4 ohm sub?? The amp in bridged could handle 4 ohm. Thanx for all the help....
