ok i got my 15'' sx box done its 5.25cuft 16h 34w 20.75d tuned @ 30.5hz wit a 3inch wide port x 16d x 14.5h is that go0d enough port area an anit ur box @ 30hz
let me get this right...your box is 16" x 34" x 20.75" external diminsions. (made of 3/4" MDF)
And your port opening is 3" x 14.5"...and the port is 16" deep? That would give you 43.5 sq inches of port area. (thats prolly enough port area for daily use)
if those are your deminsions...that box is not tuned to 30.5hz. It is 4.8cuft tune to ~33.5hz. To tune your box to 30.5hz you would have to have a 21.25" long port.
