Ok i did this today.... http://wiki.ehow.com/Convert-a-Computer-ATX-Power-Supply-to-a-Lab-Power-Supply

And it works but i get shocked whenever i touch it (the metal body or wires) and i cant figure out why.....

Anybody know whats goin on?

oh never mind guys...i figured it out....my cables ground was faulty....


anyway this is a good thing for people who want to use car audio equiptment in thier house..its workin for me...i can get somtn like 18A on the 12 volt line

also does each line have a specific amperage or do they all come from 1 whole amperage and they split up according to the load or what?
