thats why i said "hummm"...there is alot more that goes into making a amp than just the how the board "looks".

all the components factor into how the amp will turn out as a whole.

obviously the layout is identical. There may be some tolerance/temperature differences, but I bet acutal power is ver close to the same. SQ obviously the same. At ~$300 I'd tend to believe they are essentially the same amp. With RE you'd definitely be paying for some prestige. The only thing I would think is open for debate is durability.
