you cant fit 15" in a mustang very easily.

well i mostly listen to rap but occasionally i put other stuff in. i want something that can get loud when i want to show off but sound pretty clear when im just listening.

ill build a ported box to the specs of the subs. i can probably go about 2.0 ft^3 and tune it to 32 hz or so.

what kind of amp r u going to be using? id give it about 1200rms even tho they say 1000, there very capable of handling more then they say!

id probably use a hifonix amp because they are pretty cheap. i would try to give it between 1000 and 1200 RMS.

just remember hifonics amps put out 70-80% of what they say so a titan tx1505 should be perfect. other then that i think there amps are pretty decent

thats probably the one ill go with unless i find a cheap kx1200.1 so is the sx a better choice than the 2 SEs?

about how many DB will i be hitting in a 1.9 or 2.0 ft^3 box tuned to 32 hz and giving it about 1200 watts RMS? remember im in a mustang so it takes a lot to get loud.

I'm sorry isnt the world record like 180 db? And thats in a van with like 30 batterys, 20 amps, and 20 subs or something like that. I have 10,000 worth of audio equipment and I'm only hitting 166.7 db. Let me guess lucas your car hits around 300db right? sorry many but you must be guessing on this.

matt, are you the one with that all out competition car with the ID spl subs? if not what do you have? you cant have a daily car and hit 166.7... if so better start learning sign language lol.
