on another note, when RE sys that a 12"sx should be in a 1.9 cu ft box tuned to 32hz does that 1.9 include or disclude the port and sub displacement? in other words sould it be 1.9 cu ft total? or bigger?

this is what i was gonna do
http://www.accelerator-pedal.com/ported-box.asp?Ew=32&Eh=16&Dia=6&Xmax=21&Vd=0.1 6&NumW=1&Vb=1.9&Fb=32&Qts=&Vas=&Fs=&CE=0

look ok?

or i might tune it to 30 hz
http://www.accelerator-pedal.com/ported-box.asp?Ew=32.5&Eh=16&Dia=6&Xmax=22&Vd=. 16&NumW=1&Vb=1.9&Fb=30&Qts=&Vas=&Fs=&CE=0

or mabey even this?

what do you think?
would they work?
which is best?
i like the last one because of some simple measurements
what do you think?

1.9 is after port displacement

If i were you i would try to shoot for 2.5cubes for a SX 12
