I am mostly into Home Audio and know next to nothing about Car Audio units. Our vehicle is being outfitted with these...should keep our kids busy during long trips when I come back home.

What are you going to run your sub, that is a theater amp, it is a 5 channel for all internal speakers + center channle speaker. and only 1 monitor in rear?
If you can, i would put the Alpine 10" flipdown instead of the headrests, and I would run the Alpine MRD-M605 mono amp on that sub. it will be a nice system when your done. Oh by the way, you not only have to buy the headrests, the mounting shrouds are seperate from them, just a extra cost.
