Replacing the floor in the trunk

ok the floor in the trunk of the car was rotted when I bought it and it seems to be that It had a leak but now is fixed. I need to replace it but dont know if I should use standard plywood or cut out of MDF board. What do people usually do in this situation?

take it 2 an autobody repair shop & let them do it with OEM parts cause u don't wanna even attempt complicated sh!t like that .....

lol , not im talkin about the floor like above the spare tire . I mean dang I dont think sheet metal and fiberglass count as wood.
