can i just connect rca calbes from my HU to my amp and then power to the amp and stuff but will that be good or do i also need to connect my speaker wires to the back of the amp and if so how to i go about doing that

yes u have to connect the speakers...with an amp the speakers get connected to it...and no longer the head unit...you would just have to rewire all of the speakers to the amp.....connect the negatives to negatives and positives to positives....and u need a 4 channel amp
