i was with my friend last night and we were driving in his S10 and when all of a sudden his sub went out and then 10 minutes later it came back in.. i didnt have a chance to look at it cause it was really dark out but does anyone have any ideas on what the problem might be?
yea i was kinda thinking it was the amp.. its an older Rockford Amp dont remember the specific one off hand. We werent listening to it loud but its his bros truck and he said his bro does
my subs did that a couple of times. the green light was on but now sound. after a few minutes it would come back on and then go out again. well my problem was the amp was loose. the screws that i used to mount the amp down came loose. so i got a lock washer and remounted the amp and now i have no problems.
