Bronze Member Username: JbumpNebraska City, Nebraska USA Post Number: 19 Registered: Dec-05 | You need to use 3/4 MDF (Medium Density Fiberboard) some places only carry 5/8 about the same.. usually you can get it from Home Depo or Menards ect.. can run you around 18-30 bucks a sheet depends where you go and live, then some good wood glue, not chaulking it wont seal right, if you use wood screws make sure you pre drill all of them so you don't split the wood, I just use a finishing nail gun with 1 1/2 nails, and you can make it the cu. ft. what you want with this calculator http://ccs.exl.info/calc_box.html |
