So I need either a special truck box or 2 boxes for my two 2004 Type-R's (1221D).. the problem is I have very little space and I've looked for boxes but the mounting depth seems to be the problem. I need around 7 1/2 inches of mounting depth for these subs (I think) and I can't find a box with that much room... I guess I could check the local store for a custom box but I don't want to drop $300 on a box when if at all possible.
Can anyone help? Can I even fit those subs in my car? lol.. I sure hope so.
I checked by the local shop and they said a custom job would cost $275 and my car all day.. is that reasonable? Anyone know of anything cheaper/better? I think it sounds reasonable but I wouldnt know lol.
