try and contact that seller and ask if they charge extra to change out the subs to the 2 ohm subs.

i think they are dual 2 ohm subs wired together at 4 ohms. if i put speaker wire from my right sub to my left sub and my left sub to my amp, doesnt that go in as 2 ohms?

they arnt already wired. each sub in that box is dual voice coil 4 ohms. you need dual voice coil 2 ohms.

with dual 2 ohm subs it can be wired to a .5,2,and 8 ohm independence

and with dual 4 ohm subs it can be wired to 1 or a 4 ohm load

so go figure wich one u need for your amp

hey mike (smart one) that is a different model. the one on ebay is 05cvr124 and that one it 05cvr122 which means both subs are dual vc 2 ohms. the one on ebay when it says prewired 4 ohms just means that each sub is 4 ohms. they are 2 totally different subs.
