Will this amp be strong enough?

I have a Diamond Audio 6.5' HEX component speakers for my front doors. They are rated 170rms. WIll a Diamond Audio d6600.4 be strong enough for them? DO i even need a 4 channel amp because my rear door speakers are stock.

you dont need i, but it should be ran, and on all your speakers, change the rear...

if its a single pair then any good brand of 2 chan amp that does 150wrmsx2 @ 4ohms ...

budget ???.........

thats way too much cause ur speakers r rated @ 150wrms

look @ JL 300/2 amp instead .......

Can you power stock speakers if i used the 4 channel amp. Or if i put components in the rear door then will the d6600.4 be a good choice?

i bought the exact same components and hooked them up with the soundstream van gogh 600.2 amp. powering the components with 150w rms at 4 ohms. ie.. perfect

Just because a speaker is rated at `170 w does not mean you have to run it at that, especially for everyday listening, it is rated 20-170, find a happy median...
