No matter how many batteries or caps you have, if you're pulling more power than your alternator can produce, eventually your batteries are going to run out of juice, simply because you cannot recharge them fast enough. as for the wire.. Uhmm.. Yes, DEFINATELY go with 0 gauge, as short as possible, too. I'm actually considering upgrading to a 2nd 0 gauge for both my power and ground wires, since they're fairly lengthy, and I'm pulling close to 4kilowatts RMS. Seth |
