This Sub is PR entry level for memphis with 250wrms and 500wp , would it hurt to go ahead and put 300-350wrms on it or will I blow it?

u should be ok as long as you take it easy. Dont play it at full blast for long periods of time and set your gains correctly.

no, the gain is a setting on your head unit, look in your HU instrutioncs and see if it says what the gain voltage is and if it doesnt or you cant find it, turn the gain all the way down and the volume on your HU all the way up. then gradually turn up the gain untill you heard distortion, then back it off a little, but be carefull not to blow those subs. memphis makes good subs, even the PR, just turn down that DB boost knob a litle to avoid blowing the sub

check- turn the HU volume to about 80% when adjusting the gain not all the way up
