any edge/corner in the box should be rounded to allow the air to move over the surface more efficiently. it's sorta like cars are rounded and not boxes so they are more aerodynamic.
in the corners, add woodfiller to make it smooth and round, on the edges, sand it to make it round. it's really simple, you just dont want a 90degree angle basically.
