I own a 1998 Mitsubishi 3000GT and i want to replace the speakers, I need 6.5" and 6x9". I was looking at some Infinities because one of my pals has some and he says they're amazing. Anyway, when I was looking for some to put in my car I saw that along with 6x9" 3-way speakers they also had 6.5" 3-way speakers and I was wondering if putting 3-ways all around my car is a good way to go. Any imput would be greatly apreciated.
As far as the 3 ways are concerned it sure is a lot of xtra money to spend. I have a set of kappa's 6.5 coaxles in the front doors and they r amazing, but keep in mind they are power hungry! Your friend is right, they are great speakers. As long as you are willing to spend the xtra money for the 3 ways you won't be dissapointed.
