i posted this once before, with no response.

i've got a mtx9500 hooked up to a directed audio D2400. when my HU is up to about 26-28, i can hear something rattling in the center of the cone, and the port blows out warm/hot air. could this be to lack of airspace???

any suggestions?

check the dust cap in the middle of it, may need some speaker glue. but you must remove the whole dust cap first, then let it sit over night!
