okay when i get back from vacation and my 15 inch SEs come in i will be building the enclosure for them. they will be firing up as will the ports too. however there is multiple ways to do this.i could put each sub in its own chamber and each box would have a port 17x2.5 and the total port area would be 170 sq in.
now, i could also do 2 chambers and have 2 subs in each chamber. this way i could do 2 ports 18x5 and get 180sq in of port and also have a larger net volume because this way the port length is shorter. which would you do and why?
one other factor is should i have them on a mdf baffle firing straight up. or should i make a fiberglass baffle (extrememly thick) and have the subs face different directions so the soundwaves are bounce off all over the car, or all tilted one direction. or what?

thanks for the help guys.
