Im looking at kicker L7 12". I was wondering if anyone has put more than the recomended rms to it. I am gonna be using a hifonics bx1500d. So ill be running it at about 1000watts. Do you think that will be alright or is it too much.
your hifonics amp is only gonna put out about 80-85% of what it actually says soo i think the L7 puts out 750RMS?? not positive but you should be alright. the L7 is SPL, so if your looking for then that then thats the sub for u i guess but id go a different route if i were you. maybe the Alpine Type R's as NOl1MIT said. also look into Image Dynamics IDMAX, maybe RE SX or something
