Is 150w rms too much

im lookin at the polk audio db6750's, 100w rms @4 ohms. I was wondering if the polk audio momo carbon c300.2 amp, 150w rms x2 @ 4ohms would be too much power for these speakers?

IMO, it's always better to get a higher powered amp than speaker/sub since most HUs/amps will distort/clip near the end.

thats a good match. like isaac said it gives it a little "breathing room".
