alpine mrd 500, jbl bpx500.1 and rockford fosgate 501bd are about in that price range. look hard and you can find the right deal. all are 500 watts rms.

for 4ohm DVC you need an amp either stable at 1 ohm mono or you can get a 2 channel amp and bridge it. jbl has the bp600.1 that is stable at 1 ohm, but that may be a bit much for your subs.

you could also get a 1000 watt amp and run it at 4 ohms to get 500 watts rms. actually a friend of mine on a budget got a pair of JL W3V2's 4 ohm DVC and he got a Kenwood 500 watt RMS amp stable at 1 ohm. dont know the model number, since im not a fan of kenwood. he got it for $250, pushes em pretty good.

depending on the amp you get and the alternator you have, a cap may or may not help you.

if i got a 100w amp and ran it off 4ohm would that give me 500w on each sub or what

you never need a capacitor.
