your gonna want more room than 1.6 c.f for 2 subs.. if you have the room use the max recomended cf for the subs..

Yes that way your subs won't bottom out because of insufficient air space.

Well those subs are alright they sound half decent on most tones... but you will need to give them atleast 400watts RMS each, so a decent amp to put on those would be

Thats not 1800 watts but should give you close to 650 watts.. your only choice with wireing thoes is to a 4ohm load i believe so that may give you just under 650 watts into a 4ohm load actual power unless you wire the subs seperatly at 2 ohms each to 2 chanels could have 600 watts each you would have to mess around and im not exactly sure if thats possible
